Mango

Who doesn't love mango? The fresh fruit can be difficult to slice up, though. Here are some tips to help you out.


  1. The mango pit is large, round, and rather flat. To avoid cutting into it, slice along the long side of the mango with your knife. Do this for both sides.

  2. Slice each piece you've removed in half, then place it skin-side down and slice the knife along the skin to remove the flesh from the skin.

  3. Slice the mango into small cubes and serve.
