Who doesn't love mango? The fresh fruit can be difficult to slice up, though. Here are some tips to help you out.
- The mango pit is large, round, and rather flat. To avoid cutting into it, slice along the long side of the mango with your knife. Do this for both sides.
- Slice each piece you've removed in half, then place it skin-side down and slice the knife along the skin to remove the flesh from the skin.
- Slice the mango into small cubes and serve.
